Inaugural camp run by Slingers’ coach and players
June 9, 2007 -- The FastBreak Basketball Club’s inaugural camp took place at the ER International School during the week of June 4-8.
An energetic group of over 40 boys and girls had the opportunity to learn first-hand from a first-rate team of coaches.
The camp was led by Coach Dean Vickerman of the Singapore Slingers professional basketball team. Coach Vickerman was assisted throughout by two of his players, Captain Ben Knight and Pathman Matialakan. Former Singapore National Women’s Team player Lynne Tay completed the coaching staff.
