Program notes for Spring 2024
Competitive Teams will play in the Singapore Premier Basketball League, with a minimum 12 Competitive Sundays, and minimum 10 games in the league, including Round Robin and Playoffs.
Our top teams will have access to the world leading Hudl video analysis and statistics program.
Our Development programs on Saturdays will again be available at our new venue, Nexus International School (NISS) at 1 Aljunied Walk. For more information, see our Nexus programs page here. Our Sunday Give & Go program will remain on Sundays @ UWCE.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROGRAMS (BEGINNER & COMPETITIVE)
Development (Beginner) Programs
"GIVE AND GO" INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE
Instructional Practice + Game Play in 1 session
1 hour: fundamentals & skill development
30 minutes: game play
Intermediate basketball program using age appropriate basketballs and basket heights. Program emphasizes the basic fundamentals of basketball: footwork, ball-handling, passing, shooting and lay-ups. Give & Go program also features 30 minutes of gameplay where we introduce the rules and structure of the 5x5 game.

10&U Age Group (Born 2014-2016)
12&U Age Group (Born 2012-2013)
Players must attend their Saturday Team Practice to qualify for League Play on Sundays in the SPBL.

10&U & 12&U Boys: 8:30 am - 10:30 am
10&U & 12&U Girls: 8:30 am - 10:30 am
Sports Halls 3&4
Division 1 players from each age group will practice with the older age group at the later time (i.e. 12&U D1 boys will practice from 10:30-12:30 with 14&U Boys)
Fees
$2400 (15 x 2 hr Sat. practices & 12 x Sun. games)

Individual Skill based training
